Went on a Friday evening at around 6:30 PM. We ordered the $15 Surf & Turf special (to satiate my craving for a piece of steak) and the pork tenderloin medallions. Both meals were very tasty and we would definitely come here again if we didn't have to leave the next morning to start heading back home.
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I have walked past it many times. The outside is normal, nothing special. But inside was comfortable and more pleasant than other places nearby. It was cozy, clean and warm, and had a nice ambiance. Beef stroganoff was very good and extremely reasonable. The fried pork was very tasty. Guinness was $5 a glass but it was worth it. The place exceeded expectations because many places in that area are just average and you’re paying for the location only most of the time. I’ll come back again to try other items on the menu.
Very nice, cozy place, it has the feeling of being a pub/ bar with nice dimmed lights very good atmosphere and very rich tasty food at reasonable prices for the quality and the fact that they are international dishes. The Owner and the girls working there are also very nice. Many different dishes are present in the menu. My wife favourite has been the Jaeger Schnitzel that comes also with a creamy mushroom dip. the creamy lobster spaghetti was also very good and in another occasion I also had the juicy paparazzi gourmet burger . They also have a very good draft Beer(Viking i think was the name) and a good red cabernet Syrah wine from France all at reasonable prices. Also the wine glasses are really nice. Cigar bar and cozy lounge upstairs with a good selection of Dominican cigars and from other caribbean countries.
Excellent steak, highly recommended I went for the weekend $15 steak deal - 200g tenderloin with a glass of - and it was great value. Cooked to my liking of rare, the steak was first rate. Friendly, attentive staff and nice atmosphere. Great decor and lovely, comfortable seating. I will definitely return soon. Keep up the excellent work
Paparazzi Bar & Kitchen, which opened in 2024, has quickly become my go-to spot on Riverside thanks to its consistently excellent food and affordable pricing. Whether I’m enjoying their diverse menu that spans the Americas, Scandinavia, and beyond, or taking advantage of their weekly specials like the Slow Cooked Lamb Shank and Weekend Steak, there’s always something delicious to savor. The service is attentive and friendly, with Paul Jaemsen, the host with the most, ensuring a great experience every visit. I especially love their new Cigar Lounge upstairs, perfect for enjoying a cigar with morning coffee or a $3 breakfast muffin. Additionally, their drink menu features favorites like the John Lemon hard lemonade—a tart alcoholic treat that doesn’t cause bloating—and reasonably priced drink specials that make every visit enjoyable. The vibrant and welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to bypass other places and head straight to Paparazzi. I cannot recommend Paparazzi Bar & Kitchen enough; you will not be disappointed. Five out of five stars!
Would highly recommend booking a table a this busy restaurant, we ate here twice, both times at the upper dining area, good service, the ribs were tasty, good portions and special deals on certain days. The cigar room is lovely to relax and has amazing views.
Fantastic dining experience at Paparazzi Bar & Kitchen! The Surf & Turf was cooked to perfection—tender steak paired with fresh seafood. The cheese platter was a great starter, featuring a well-balanced selection of cheeses. The Khmer Chicken Curry was rich, aromatic, and full of authentic flavour. Excellent service, great ambience, and a solid wine & cocktail selection. A must-visit in Phnom Penh!
